EQUITON RESIDENTIAL INCOME FUND CLOSES ON STRATFORD PURCHASE
BURLINGTON, ON – Equiton Residential Income Fund has closed on a pair of low-rise buildings in Stratford, Ontario. The properties comprise 99 units and are located at 30 and 31 Campbell Court in Stratford. These properties are minutes away from the Avon River, Lake Victoria, and Stratford’s historic downtown core and theatres. The properties are just 30 minutes west of the cities of Kitchener and Waterloo.
Even though the previous owners carried out major capital improvements on the property, Equiton believes there is an opportunity to enhance the property’s value through improved management and operational efficiencies.
