EQUITON ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES/DIRECTORS
BURLINGTON, ON – Equiton announced today the appointment of Clifford (Scot) Caithness to its Residential Income Fund Trust board of trustees/directors.
“Scot brings to the board a broad range of Canadian and worldwide consulting experience in commercial real estate, property investments, portfolio management and valuation acumen,” said Chief Executive Officer Jason Roque.
Caithness replaces Don Walker, who resigned for personal reasons. The other two independent members of the three-person board are John Miron and David Hamilton. Combined, this select group has work and advisory experience in real estate, law, finance, banking dealing with national and international transactions, corporations and private and public institutions.
